Welcome to Cornwall live last night at 11:15 there was a fire at the newly refurbished Bodmin jail 3 fire engines from Bodmin Fire Station attended to stop the fire.The fire was finally put out by 6:15 this morning after 5 hours of waiting, the main damage was at the main cell block and six people were rescued from the restaurant area. After finding the six people 2 people were taken to the hospital and 1 with serious burns. Now the Bodmin police are investigating what started the fire.
